Dr. McEwen loves dentistry and takes pride in his work! His favorite part of practicing dentistry is building a personal relationship with each patient. He is passionate about giving his patients the smile and dental health they deserve and he strives to ensure that each patient feels comfortable and valued, and has the best dental experience possible.
Dr. McEwen grew up in a small town in Utah where his dad was a coal miner and mom ran a daycare. He is one of 10 children and learned the value of hard work at a young age from his parents. After high school, Dr. McEwen served a two-year mission for his church to Thailand where he became fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Thai. He then attended Southern Utah University where he met his sweetheart and love of his life and together they have 4 beautiful boys. He continued his education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston Massachusetts. While there, he got involved in the science of dental materials and he was recognized for his award-winning research, and became a national finalist in the Dentsply/Caulk student research competition and presented his research in Boston, Seattle, New York, and Charlotte. He continues to stay up to date with the cutting edge of dental materials and technology and is enthusiastic when it comes to continuing education and enhancing his skills.
Dr. McEwen is also a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), one of the top achievements a general dentist can obtain. Becoming a Fellow involved doing over 500 hours of continuing education after his dental school training, passing a rigorous examination that tested all areas of dentistry, and being a dentist in good standing. Less than 7% of dentists ever achieve a Fellowship in the AGD, but Dr. McEwen is always seeking to increase his knowledge and skills so that he can better help his patients. Dr. McEwen still takes around 150-200 hours of continuing education each year, although the state minimum requirement is only 12 hours.
Dr. McEwen is married to his beautiful wife, Abby, and they have four amazing boys. He and his family enjoy living in the DFW area. He also stays involved in his church and community and coaches basketball and baseball teams. When not doing dentistry, Dr. McEwen enjoys spending time with his family and playing racquetball, golf, tennis, and cooking.

Stefanie M.
Dental Assistant
Stefanie was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania and has lived in many different states, but has made Texas her home. Stefanie started in dentistry before her senior year of high school as a sterilization technician and helping out with the hygienist. By the end of her senior year of high school Stefanie had earned her dental assisting license. She enjoys helping patients understand their dental needs and calming their fears. Stefanie’s goal is to become a Registered Dental Hygienist and is continuing her education at Tarrant County College. In her spare time, Stefanie likes shopping for shoes and clothes and she stays in shape by boxing every week.
Alejandra Beltran
Patient Relationship Specialist
Alejandra was born and raised right here in Fort Worth Texas. She has been in the dental field since 2013 and loves dentistry. Originally, Alejandra worked as a Registered Dental Assistant, which she really enjoyed, but found that her greater passion is working in the front with patients, getting to know them, and helping them to maximize their dental insurance so that they get the benefits they deserve.
In her spare time, Alejandra loves spending time with her family, as well as cooking and baking.
